Portugal Smart Cities
The Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2020 took place from 22 to 24 September, at the Lisbon Congress Center. This event is a place of convergence and the marketplace for creating opportunities for the national and international market.
This year, in a hybrid format, it allowed face-to-face and virtual participation and had more than 80 national and international speakers.
StartUp Portimão was present at this event with an exhibition space and the presentation of video Piches of the incubated entrepreneurs.
On the last day, the Minister of State, Economy and Digital Transition, Pedro Siza Vieira, participated in the Portugal Smart Cities Summit. The Minister visited the StartUp Portimão space, accompanied by Jorge Rocha de Matos, president of the Portuguese Industrial Association, where they were introduced to the incubator's entrepreneurial ecosystem and the Investor Guide and the Entrepreneur Guide were handed over.
